It is the client’s responsibility to schedule appointments within their MNT membership window. NutriPledge will make an effort to send reminder emails and/or call clients to remind their scheduled appointments. No refunds will be granted if a client does not show up for scheduled appointments. However, clients are always welcome to reschedule an appointment with in the time frame of their active MNT membership.
