This vegetarian lasagna recipe is simple, healthy, and delicious. This is what I will be cooking tomorrow for Thanksgiving as one of my main dishes. One serving of this vegetarian lasagna will provide about 18 grams of protein and a cup equivalent of vegetables of My Plate of 2000 calorie diet patterns. Eating a daily serving of vegetables may help reduce many chronic health conditions like obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and some cancers. This recipe can be easily converted to a healthy meal by eating more servings depending on one’s needs.
