Trader Joes Cauliflower Gnocchi

Trader Joes Cauliflower Gnocchi

If cauliflower can be gnocchi, you can be anything you want! Seriously though, cauliflower is being turned into all sorts of foods these days, but one of my favorites has to be Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi

Personally, I love popping it in the air fryer to make it crispy or sauteed in a pan with a lemon, butter sauce for a more authentic gnocchi dish. This cauli gnocchi has a lot of great qualities that make for a relatively healthy side that packs a little extra veg, with only five well-known ingredients.
