Super Healthy Taco Bowl

Super Healthy Taco Bowl

I discovered this recipe one day when I did not feel like cooking lunch and did not have any leftovers. Around noontime, I looked in my refrigerator, pantry and put together this delicious taco-style bowl in about 10 minutes, which turned out to be super healthy and very satisfying as well. I hope you will try it and enjoy it as much as I did.

Wash all the veggies, cut into bite sizes, and transfer in a bowl. Drain beans and add to the bowl. Mix with cheese. Divide into two equal portions to make it to a meal. Top with two tablespoons of Greek yogurt and one tablespoon of salsa. Enjoy and eat with confidence!
