Can we really blame on our bodies for our weight issues?
Being a health professional I am not ready to accept this yet? I think, losing and maintaining weight can be possible if we can self assess the real cause of being overweight or obese then make realistic goals and doable plans to achieve those goals. Most of the time it comes down to true behavior and life style change and acceptance. Also, we need to change and train our taste buds to accept and eat foods in their most natural form… Shraddha Chaubey, MS,RDN,CD
