Brussels Sprouts Apple Salad with Toasted Walnuts & Cranberries | Yellow Dot Rated | Healthy Balance and Immune Boosting

Preparation: Wash all ingredients first. Then grate Brussels sprout and chop apples finely. Nuts can be left whole or chopped into finer pieces. In a large bowl, combine your grated brussels sprout, apples, and salad dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss the salad and cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to soften the brussels sprout in the fridge. When ready to serve, top with walnuts and cranberries. Leftovers can keep in the fridge for up two days.
