No single food can supply all the nutrients that your body needs. So, make sure you eat the recommended servings from each food group of MyPlate

Hidden Ingredients in Beyond Burgers

It is also important to note that many products similar to Beyond Burgers can have hidden ingredients to make up for taste and texture. Beyond Burgers have ingredients such as methylcellulose and canola oil. Canola oil is a vegetable oil and has its benefits and risks, but it is something that you won’t find in a traditional animal meat. Methylcellulose is not a naturally occurring addictive and is found in Beyond Burgers. Overall it is important to be mindful of the ingredients we are consuming.
