A series of studies showed that you can improve your diet by simply planning your meals earlier in the day. “Time-delayed eating is ordering (or at least choosing) your food long before you plan to eat it.” In essence, people who participated in “time-delayed eating” were better able to choose healthier foods which led to eating fewer calories.
